Unicredit erhöht Beteiligung an Commerzbank auf über 39 Prozent

Die Mailänder Bank Unicredit hat ihren Anteil an der Commerzbank auf 39,28 Prozent ausgebaut. Aktionäre hatten im Rahmen eines Übernahmeangebots 12,51 Prozent der Aktien angedient.

Unicredit gab am Freitag bekannt, dass der Aktienanteil von 26,77 auf 39,28 Prozent steigt. Das Übernahmeangebot lief von Anfang Mai bis zum vergangenen Dienstag.

Zusätzlich hält die Bank Finanzinstrumente über 3,22 Prozent sowie Derivate in Höhe von 13,19 Prozent. Letztere können bar abgerechnet werden.

Eine weitere Annahmefrist für Aktionäre läuft vom 20. Juni bis 3. Juli. Der Aktientausch soll voraussichtlich erst im zweiten Quartal 2027 erfolgen, wenn Unicredit-Chef Andrea Orcel alle behördlichen Genehmigungen erwartet.
