UniCredit øger ejerandel i Commerzbank til over 39 procent

Den Milano-baserede bank UniCredit har øget sin ejerandel i Commerzbank til 39,28 procent. Aktionærer udbød 12,51 procent af aktierne i forbindelse med et overtagelsestilbud.

UniCredit meddelte fredag, at selskabets aktiebesiddelse stiger fra 26,77 procent til 39,28 procent. Overtagelsestilbuddet løb fra starten af maj frem til i tirsdags.

Derudover besidder banken konvertible finansielle instrumenter på 3,22 procent samt derivater for 13,19 procent. Sidstnævnte kan afregnes kontant.

En yderligere acceptperiode for aktionærer løber fra den 20. juni til den 3. juli. Aktieombytningen forventes først at finde sted i andet kvartal af 2027, hvor UniCredits administrerende direktør Andrea Orcel forventer, at alle myndighedsgodkendelser foreligger.
