Uber overvejer højere bud på Delivery Hero

Den amerikanske virksomhed Uber planlægger angiveligt at hæve sit opkøbstilbud på det Berlin-baserede madleveringsfirma Delivery Hero. Bestyrelsen drøftede en forhøjelse i lørdags.

En større aktionær i Delivery Hero havde tidligere afvist et tilbud på 38 euro pr. aktie. Det værdisatte virksomheden til mere end 11,5 milliarder euro.

Delivery Hero bekræftede i lørdags, at de havde modtaget et indledende bud fra Uber på 33 euro pr. aktie. Dette repræsenterede en rabat på omkring 1,7 procent i forhold til fredagens lukkekurs.

Uber øgede i sidste uge sin ejerandel i Delivery Hero til omkring 19,5 procent og er dermed blevet selskabets største aktionær. Beholdningen er cirka 1,7 milliarder euro værd. Delivery Heros direktør, Niklas Östberg, annoncerede for nylig sin fratræden.
