Uber envisage une offre plus élevée pour Delivery Hero

L'entreprise américaine Uber prévoirait d'augmenter son offre de rachat pour la société berlinoise de livraison de repas Delivery Hero. Son conseil d'administration a discuté d'une augmentation samedi.

Un actionnaire majeur de Delivery Hero avait précédemment rejeté une offre de 38 euros par action, ce qui valorisait l'entreprise à plus de 11,5 milliards d'euros. Delivery Hero a confirmé samedi avoir reçu une offre initiale d'Uber à 33 euros par action. Cela représentait une décote d'environ 1,7 % par rapport au cours de clôture de vendredi. Uber avait porté sa participation dans Delivery Hero à environ 19,5 % la semaine dernière, devenant ainsi le premier actionnaire. Cette participation vaut environ 1,7 milliard d'euros. Le patron de Delivery Hero, Niklas Östberg, a récemment annoncé sa démission.
