According to a source close to the agency, SM Entertainment secured real-time evidence and is pursuing strict legal measures without exception against those spreading false info, defamation, or deepfakes. The statement lists numerous X accounts like @M*LSIZZYANG and @T*OO1101, plus DC Inside galleries and YouTube channels, with complaints already lodged.
The agency highlighted its zero-tolerance policy and thanked fans for reports via KWANGYA 119, while monitoring platforms including Naver cafes, Nate Pann, and Instagram. Legal action extends to theqoo with 108 users flagged.
SM Entertainment reaffirmed it will hold anonymous offenders fully accountable, continuing evidence collection alongside legal reps to protect its artists.
