Michael Nolan, a third-generation Sag Harbor resident and cofounder of Fresno Restaurant, plans to open a new modern American eatery called Miracle in the village this spring. Partnering with Helen Gifford and chef Jesus Gonzales, the venture will occupy the former Vin Sur Vingt site at 29 Main Street.
