Honda unveils Rally2 replica bike for pre-order

Honda has made available a replica of its 2027 Rally2 rally raid motorcycle through partner RedMoto. The bike, based on the model used by riders Martim Ventura and Preston Campbell this year, is listed for pre-order on RedMoto's website. Only 50 units will be produced.

Following KTM's recent reveal of its 450 Rally Replica, Honda's factory rally bike for next year has surfaced as a Rally2 version. Reports from Euromags indicate a collaboration between Honda and Italian partner RedMoto. The machine replicates the bike that Rally2 riders Martim Ventura and Preston Campbell rode successfully this year, though no official announcement has come from Honda itself, only a teaser image has appeared. RedMoto lists it for pre-order now, with production limited to 50 units; a price has not been disclosed. No finalized form has been confirmed yet, as the teaser does not guarantee the exact specifications. The bike features a 450 single-cylinder engine producing 58 horsepower, pushing a 304-pound frame to a top speed of 160 km/h (100 mph). It includes oversized radiators for cooling, a six-speed gearbox with long ratios for sustained high speeds, and 36 liters of fuel capacity split between a 14-liter rear tank and 22-liter front tank. Weight-saving measures incorporate carbon fiber bodywork, including the rally tower for navigation, a carbon skid plate with toolkit, and a high-strength nylon-polyethylene rear fuel cell doubling as a subframe. Suspension comprises a Showa fork with titanium tubes and Kashima-coated surfaces, plus a rear shock with titanium-coated piston rod, both aimed at reducing friction. Standard equipment includes a steering damper, upgraded brake discs, CNC-machined aluminum hubs by HAAN on Takasago Excel rims with cush drive dampers, a Renthal handlebar, Acerbis handguards, LED lights, and a titanium Akrapovic muffler on a Honda header. The bike meets Euro 5 emissions standards, positioning it as a ready-to-race desert weapon rather than a street machine.
