截至五月底，河套创新科技园第一期项目中的两栋湿实验室大楼已全部租出，共有约90家企业签约入驻。
创新科技及工业局常任秘书长麦德伟周六表示，这两栋大楼的楼面空间已几乎全部租出。
在租户中，内地企业占比为51%，本地企业占35%，海外企业占14%。
租户中约有10家为上市公司，初创企业占比约为70%。海外租户包括来自韩国、瑞士和芬兰的公司。
该园区是“北部都会区”大型建设项目以及位于落马洲河套地区的港深创新及科技园的重要组成部分。
