香港の河套（ヘタオ）イノベーション・ハブ第一期において、2棟のウェットラボ（湿式実験室）施設が満室となり、5月末時点で約90社が入居契約を結んだことが分かった。
イノベーション・技術・産業局の常任秘書官であるKevin Choi Kit-ming氏は土曜日、これら2棟のフロア面積は実質的にすべて賃貸済みであると述べた。
テナントの内訳は、中国本土企業が51％、地元企業が35％、海外企業が14％となっている。
入居企業のうち約10社が上場企業で、約7割がスタートアップ企業である。海外からのテナントには、韓国、スイス、フィンランドの企業が含まれる。
同ハブは、北部都会区（ノーザン・メトロポリス）メガプロジェクトおよび落馬洲ループの香港・深センイノベーション・テクノロジーパークの一部を構成している。
