チャン氏は自身のブログで、サンディ・リッジ・データ施設クラスターの建設が進んでおり、2032年までに現在の36倍にあたる180,000 PFLOPSの能力を提供する見込みであると指摘した。「人工知能補助金スキーム」は、大規模言語モデル（LLM）や身体性AIなどの分野を網羅する30以上のプロジェクトをすでに承認している。「AI+および産業発展戦略委員会」も結成され、今月中に初会合が開かれる予定だ。香港はまもなく紅磡（ホンハム）に、身体性AIに注力する中国本土企業の開発した人型ロボットが運営する24時間営業のコンビニエンスストアをオープンする予定で、これは同社にとって中国本土以外での初の試みとなる。
