ውይይቱ በኢኖቬሽንና ቴክኖሎጂ ሚኒስቴር፣ በኢትዮጵያ ኢንቨስትመንት ኮሚሽን እና የአፕል የንግድ ፖሊሲ እና የመንግስት ጉዳዮች ዳይሬክተር አሊ ካናፈር መካከል ተካሂዷል።
የኢኖቬሽንና ቴክኖሎጂ ሚኒስትር በለጠ ሞላ የዲጂታል ኢትዮጵያ 2025 ስትራቴጂ ስኬታማ መሆኑን ገልጸው የዲጂታል ኢትዮጵያ 2030 እቅድን አቅርበዋል።
የኢትዮጵያ ኢንቨስትመንት ኮሚሽን ምክትል ኮሚሽነር ዳጋቶ ኩምቤ የቴሌኮም እና ንግድ ዘርፎችን ለውጭ ኩባንያዎች መክፈታቸውን እና የኢሲቲ ፓርክ ግንባታን አመልክተዋል።
አሊ ካናፈር የኢትዮጵያን የፖሊሲ ለውጦች እና ዲጂታል ስነ-ምህዳር አድንቀው የኩባንያውን ፍላጎት ገልጸዋል።
