محكمة في أديس أبابا تقضي بسجن خمسة مدعى عليهم بتهمة التهرب الضريبي باستخدام وثائق مزورة

أصدرت الدائرة الجنائية في المحكمة العليا لمدينة شيغر الأحكام في 2 سني 2018 في أديس أبابا. المدعى عليهم هم: تيكلي تيسفا موسيا، وتيسفاي بيكانا فييسا، وزيرهون بيرشاو فيراجا، ومعهد "جيت" الدولي لتدريب السائقين، ومديره تيسيما أبيبي إجيرسا. واتهم الادعاء المجموعة بانتهاك قوانين الإدارة الضريبية من خلال استخدام شهادات مزورة لإخفاء الضرائب المحصلة. وتضمنت الأدلة أختاماً مزورة لمكتب الإيرادات تم العثور عليها أثناء تفتيش منزل أحد المدعى عليهم. وأدانت المحكمة جميع المدعى عليهم بعد فشلهم في دحض أدلة الادعاء، وفرضت عليهم أحكاماً بالسجن تتراوح بين عامين وستة أشهر إلى ثماني سنوات وأربعة أشهر، بالإضافة إلى غرامات مالية تتراوح بين 4,000 و500,000 بير.
