Cenco Costanera opens Qinto, its 25,000 m² gastronomic space

Cenco Malls opened the Qinto space yesterday at Cenco Costanera in Santiago, a renovated 25,000-square-meter area for gastronomy, culture, and leisure. Located on the fifth floor, it now operates 58 restaurants out of 80 in the zone. The company describes it as Latin America's largest gastronomic universe.

Cenco Malls held the official opening of Qinto yesterday at 7 p.m., featuring live music, at Cenco Costanera shopping center. The space, which sees over a million visitors monthly, is part of the complex's transformation, allocating 30,000 square meters to gastronomy, culture, and leisure.

Qinto features outlets like La Perla del Pacífico, Udon, La Birra Bar, Margó, Frida Kahlo, Enrique Tomás—the only one in Chile—and Luna Bar. Its design emphasizes open terraces with city views, geared toward nightlife. It will now run a weekly program of after-office events, live shows, themed activities, family events, and free nighttime parking.

In its Q4 2025 report, the company noted 55 of 58 restaurants open, with over 14,000 square meters enabled. Cenco Malls, linked to Cencosud, reported 97.3% occupancy at end-2025, a 2.7% rise in visits to nearly 38 million in the quarter, and tenant sales up 0.4%.

The firm operates 41 shopping centers in Chile, Peru, and Colombia, with 1,450,560 square meters leasable. This project adds to ongoing expansions to enhance experiences in its malls.
