حصلت خدمة الهجرة والجنسية على أكثر من 42.7 مليار بير كإيرادات من خدمات مختلفة خلال العام المالي.

صرحت المديرة العامة سيلاماويت داويت بأن الخدمة تعاملت مع 7.2 مليون مسافر قادم ومغادر عبر الجو وعبر الحدود خلال العام المالي.

تم إصدار أكثر من 1.6 مليون جواز سفر. ووصل عدد فروع الخدمة إلى 23 فرعاً لتحسين الوصول إليها. وتلقى أكثر من مليون مواطن أجنبي خدمات متنوعة.

بالإضافة إلى ذلك، تم القبض على 4883 مواطناً لاستخدامهم وثائق مزورة. كما تم احتجاز أكثر من 55 ألف شخص لمحاولتهم الدخول أو الخروج بشكل غير قانوني.
