بلدية كلكتا تأمر بهدم بناء غير قانوني في منزل المدير السابق لكلية آر جي كار

وجهت بلدية كلكتا بإزالة أجزاء غير مصرح بها من سكن سانديب غوش، المدير السابق لكلية آر جي كار الطبية، في غضون 45 يوماً.

يستهدف الأمر ثلاث مخالفات محددة في العقار الواقع في 83، بادان روي لين، بيليغاتا. وتشمل هذه المخالفات عريشة (برغولا) بمساحة 5.425 متر مربع وارتفاع 2.05 متر على السطح، ودرجاً حديدياً حلزونياً تم تركيبه للوصول إلى غرفة الآلات، وجداراً مبنياً من الطوب حديثاً حل محل باب في الطابق الثاني. وتعتبر هذه الهياكل مخالفة للمادتين 133 و134 من قواعد البناء لعام 2009. أصدر مسؤولو البلدية التوجيه بعد جلسة استماع حضرها غوش وزوجته سانغيتا غوش والمدعي أنشومان ساركار. ووافق المالكون على إزالة هذه العناصر خلال أعمال التجديد المخطط لها. وكانت الهيئة المدنية قد أرسلت إخطاراً أولياً في 30 أكتوبر 2024 وقامت بتفتيش الموقع في أعقاب قضية الاغتصاب والقتل التي وقعت في المستشفى في أغسطس 2024. يظل غوش رهن الحبس الاحتياطي في قضية منفصلة يحقق فيها مكتب التحقيقات المركزي (CBI) تتعلق بفساد مالي مزعوم في مستشفى آر جي كار. ويأتي أمر الهدم وسط حملة أوسع على مستوى الولاية ضد البناء غير القانوني في ظل الإدارة الجديدة.
