هيئة الأوراق المالية والبورصات الهندية تفرض غرامة قدرها 10 ملايين روبية على شركة CDSL

فرضت هيئة الأوراق المالية والبورصات الهندية (SEBI) غرامة قدرها 10 ملايين روبية على شركة خدمات الإيداع المركزي الهندية المحدودة (CDSL) بسبب إخفاقات تشغيلية وفي مجال الأمن السيبراني. وتأتي هذه العقوبة في أعقاب هجوم ببرامج ضارة أدى إلى تعطيل أنظمة شركة الإيداع.

أشارت الجهة التنظيمية إلى وجود ثغرات في تأمين الأنظمة الحيوية أدت إلى اضطرابات تشغيلية. وقد قامت شركة CDSL بعزل أنظمتها عن السوق عقب وقوع الحادث. ولم تُفرض أي عقوبات مالية على كبار المسؤولين السابقين. ويأتي هذا الإجراء لضمان الامتثال لمتطلبات الأمن السيبراني الخاصة بمؤسسات البنية التحتية للسوق.
