The General Treasury of the Republic reported that the Courts of Appeals have rejected more than 1,400 protection resources filed by CAE debtors. The Supreme Court has also rejected over 200 appeals.

The General Treasury of the Republic (TGR) detailed that out of 1,968 protection resources filed in the Courts of Appeals, 1,453 were declared inadmissible, representing 74% of the total. The courts with the most rejections include Santiago with 569 cases, San Miguel with 197 and Concepción with 146.

The Supreme Court reinforced this position by declaring 239 appeals filed by debtors inadmissible. The TGR stated that these results demonstrate the legal soundness of its debt collection actions.

The collection process began after President José Antonio Kast took office and has the support of Finance Minister Jorge Quiroz. So far more than 37 billion pesos have been recovered.
