Corte Suprema declara inadmisibles más de 1.400 recursos de protección por deudas del CAE

La Tesorería General de la República informó que las Cortes de Apelaciones han rechazado más de 1.400 recursos de protección presentados por deudores del Crédito con Aval del Estado. La Corte Suprema también ha rechazado más de 200 apelaciones.

La Tesorería General de la República (TGR) detalló que de 1.968 recursos de protección interpuestos en las Cortes de Apelaciones, 1.453 fueron declarados inadmisibles, lo que equivale al 74% del total. Entre las cortes con más rechazos destacan las de Santiago con 569 casos, San Miguel con 197 y Concepción con 146.

La Corte Suprema reforzó esta postura al declarar inadmisibles 239 apelaciones presentadas por los deudores. La TGR señaló que estos resultados demuestran la solidez jurídica de sus actuaciones en la cobranza de deudas.

El proceso de cobro se inició tras la asunción del presidente José Antonio Kast y cuenta con el respaldo del ministro de Hacienda Jorge Quiroz. Hasta ahora se han recuperado más de 37 mil millones de pesos.
