Suprema Corte declara inadmissíveis mais de 1.400 recursos de proteção do CAE

A Tesouraria Geral da República informou que os Tribunais de Apelação rejeitaram mais de 1.400 recursos de proteção apresentados por devedores do CAE. A Suprema Corte também rejeitou mais de 200 apelações.

A Tesouraria Geral da República (TGR) detalhou que, dos 1.968 recursos de proteção apresentados nos Tribunais de Apelação, 1.453 foram declarados inadmissíveis, representando 74% do total. Os tribunais com o maior número de rejeições incluem Santiago com 569 casos, San Miguel com 197 e Concepción com 146.

A Suprema Corte reforçou essa posição ao declarar inadmissíveis 239 apelações apresentadas pelos devedores. A TGR afirmou que esses resultados demonstram a solidez jurídica de suas ações de cobrança de dívidas.

O processo de cobrança começou após o presidente José Antonio Kast assumir o cargo e conta com o apoio do ministro das Finanças, Jorge Quiroz. Até o momento, mais de 37 bilhões de pesos foram recuperados.
