La Cour suprême déclare irrecevables plus de 1 400 recours en protection liés au CAE

La Trésorerie générale de la République a rapporté que les cours d'appel ont rejeté plus de 1 400 recours en protection déposés par des débiteurs du CAE. La Cour suprême a également rejeté plus de 200 appels.

La Trésorerie générale de la République (TGR) a détaillé que sur 1 968 recours en protection déposés auprès des cours d'appel, 1 453 ont été déclarés irrecevables, ce qui représente 74 % du total. Les tribunaux ayant enregistré le plus grand nombre de rejets sont ceux de Santiago avec 569 dossiers, San Miguel avec 197 et Concepción avec 146.

La Cour suprême a renforcé cette position en déclarant irrecevables 239 appels déposés par les débiteurs. La TGR a déclaré que ces résultats démontrent la solidité juridique de ses actions de recouvrement de créances.

Le processus de recouvrement a débuté après l'entrée en fonction du président José Antonio Kast et bénéficie du soutien du ministre des Finances Jorge Quiroz. À ce jour, plus de 37 milliards de pesos ont été recouvrés.
