Oberster Gerichtshof erklärt über 1.400 CAE-Schutzanträge für unzulässig

Die Generalstaatskasse der Republik berichtete, dass die Berufungsgerichte mehr als 1.400 von CAE-Schuldnern eingereichte Schutzanträge zurückgewiesen haben. Der Oberste Gerichtshof hat zudem über 200 Berufungen abgewiesen.

Die Generalstaatskasse (TGR) teilte mit, dass von 1.968 bei den Berufungsgerichten eingereichten Schutzanträgen 1.453 für unzulässig erklärt wurden, was 74 % der Gesamtzahl entspricht. Zu den Gerichten mit den meisten Ablehnungen gehören Santiago mit 569 Fällen, San Miguel mit 197 und Concepción mit 146.

Der Oberste Gerichtshof bekräftigte diese Position, indem er 239 von Schuldnern eingereichte Berufungen für unzulässig erklärte. Die TGR erklärte, dass diese Ergebnisse die rechtliche Belastbarkeit ihrer Schuldeneintreibungsmaßnahmen belegen.

Der Einziehungsprozess begann nach dem Amtsantritt von Präsident José Antonio Kast und wird von Finanzminister Jorge Quiroz unterstützt. Bislang konnten mehr als 37 Milliarden Pesos eingezogen werden.
