Tribunal de Santiago rejeita habeas corpus para assessor de Lavín

O Tribunal de Apelações de Santiago rejeitou o habeas corpus apresentado por Arnaldo Domínguez, assessor do ex-deputado Joaquín Lavín León. O tribunal decidiu que o pedido era inadequado e que a defesa deveria ter buscado outros recursos processuais.

Domínguez permanece em prisão preventiva no presídio Santiago 1 por crimes de fraude contra o fisco, tráfico de influência, crimes fiscais, suborno e falsificação de documento comercial particular cometidos entre 2015 e 2025. Paralelamente, Eugenio Campos, chefe da Unidade Anticorrupção do Ministério Público Nacional, defendeu a prisão preventiva de Lavín León perante o mesmo tribunal. Campos esclareceu que as acusações de fraude reiterada ao fisco, falsificação reiterada de documento comercial particular e tráfico de influência eram as mesmas autorizadas pela Suprema Corte no processo de desafuero.
