Frente Amplio oficia a la TGR por embargos a deudores del CAE

La bancada del Frente Amplio presentó un oficio a la Tesorería General de la República tras denuncias de retiros totales en cuentas bancarias de deudores del CAE.

El sábado 6 de junio la bancada del Frente Amplio dirigió un oficio a la Tesorería General de la República. Solicitaron detalles sobre los criterios de ingresos aplicados en embargos y retenciones.

Diputadas del partido, entre ellas Emilia Schneider, reportaron cientos de testimonios de cobros que afectaron incluso a personas con remuneraciones bajas. Schneider declaró que dejar a alguien sin su sueldo constituye una inmoralidad.

La Tesorería informó que ya ejecutó embargos de bienes raíces en Antofagasta, La Araucanía y Los Lagos. Las acciones se extenderán al resto del país en los próximos días.

En abril las diputadas Emilia Schneider, Constanza Schonhaut y Gael Yeomans presentaron un proyecto de ley. La iniciativa busca proteger a deudores con ingresos menores a 1,5 millones de pesos mensuales.
