For its 53rd edition, the event will run from January 31 to February 15, 2026, at Plaza Quirino Mendoza in Mexico City's Xochimilco borough. Local producers will offer a range of products such as amaranth bars, traditional sweets, flours, pastas, granolas, atoles, tamales, olives, and olive oil. There will be gastronomic tastings, Mexican snacks, and direct sales with affordable prices and guaranteed freshness.
The Mexico City Tourism Secretariat has noted in previous editions that amaranth is a rich source of protein, calcium, and iron, while olive products are staples in everyday cooking. The atmosphere will be family-friendly, and although the 2026 cultural lineup has not been announced, last year featured performances by salsa, ska, and rock groups.
