تايتان إيجيبت توقع اتفاقية شراء طاقة لمحطة شمسية بقدرة 11.45 ميغاواط

أعلنت تايتان إيجيبت عن توقيع اتفاقية شراء طاقة طويلة الأمد مع سولاريز إيجيبت لإنشاء محطة طاقة شمسية بقدرة 11.45 ميغاواط لشركة أسمنت بني سويف.

تغطي الاتفاقية الممتدة لـ25 عاماً تطوير وتمويل وبناء وملكية وتشغيل وصيانة المحطة بواسطة سولاريز إيجيبت. وستوفر المحطة إمداداً مستقراً من الكهرباء المتجددة لشركة أسمنت بني سويف دون الحاجة إلى استثمار رأسمالي مباشر.

قال عمرو رضا الرئيس التنفيذي لتايتان إيجيبت إن الاتفاقية تمثل علامة فارقة في رحلة الشركة نحو صناعة أكثر استدامة وكفاءة. وأضاف أن الشراكة تدعم أهداف خفض الانبعاثات الكربونية.

وصرح محمد الفولي كبير مسؤولي التسويق في سولاريز إيجيبت بأن الاتفاقية نموذج ناجح للتعاون بين القطاعين الصناعي والطاقة النظيفة وتدعم جهود مصر نحو مستقبل أكثر استدامة.
