Den anden liste fokuserer på rapporter om misbrug fra 2022 til 2024 med data fra 8.583 skoler. Af disse har 4.220 modtaget mindst én rapport, hvilket svarer til halvdelen af landets skoler. Almindelige problemer inkluderer mobning, upassende lærere og risici for elevernes sundhed. Skolinspektionen bemærker, at sådanne rapporter er de mest hyppige.

For børnehaver præsenteres en liste over 1.074 enheder i 197 kommuner, der er blevet rapporteret, med hundredvis af årlige rapporter om vold, racisme og børn, der løber væk. Eksempler inkluderer sager, hvor personale opfordrede til racistiske udtryk eller lod børn sidde i snavsede bleer indtil afhentningstid. På trods af dette fører få rapporter til konkrete konsekvenser.

Disse undersøgelser tillader forældre at søge information om lokale skoler og børnehaver, men eksperter advarer om, at tal ikke fanger det fulde billede af en institutions kvalitet.
