Arbetsförmedlingen dømt for diskrimination af mand med handicap

En mand med kognitivt handicap i Malmø blev nægtet tilpasset støtte af Arbetsförmedlingen. Myndigheden er nu blevet dømt for diskrimination.

Manden registrerede sig hos Arbetsförmedlingen i sommeren 2021. Han blev derefter underlagt krav om at søge et antal ledige stillinger hver måned og indsende en aktivitetsrapport.

Manden oplevede problemer med rapporteringen og anmodede om tilpasset støtte. Myndigheden afviste hans anmodning.

Manden mistede sin godtgørelse som følge af problemerne. Arbetsförmedlingen er dømt for diskrimination på grund af handicap.
