Økonomiminister planlægger afskaffelse af afregningspriser for solceller på hustage

Forbundsøkonomiminister Katherina Reiche møder voksende kritik for sine planer om at afskaffe den lovbestemte afregningspris for solcelleanlæg på hustage. Det er dog ikke alle repræsentanter fra branchen, der afviser tiltaget.

I Berlin har forbundsøkonomiminister Katherina Reiche (CDU) i de seneste måneder mødt klar modstand fra dele af sektoren for vedvarende energi. Hendes plan lægger op til at afslutte den garanterede afregningspris for solcelleanlæg på hustage.

Philipp Schröder, direktør for energileverandøren 1Komma5Grad, støtter dog eksplicit initiativet. Han opfordrer ligefrem til at afskaffe afregningsprisen for anlæg i alle størrelser. "Det er korrekt at stoppe betalingen af afregningspriser i fremtiden, hverken til små eller store solcelleanlæg," udtalte han til Handelsblatt.

Schröder understregede, at nye anlæg kombineret med intelligente målere (smart meters) kan konkurrere på det åbne marked. Intelligente målere muliggør markedsbaseret afregning og styring af elektricitet genereret fra taginstallationer.
