Falun kommune afholder plejecamps for at interessere otteårige for sundhedsvæsenet

Falu kommune afholder pleje- og omsorgscamps for otteårige i uge 25 og 26. Målet er at vække interessen for sundhedsfaglige erhverv for at imødekomme fremtidens personalebehov.

Børnene får mulighed for at prøve at fjerne tandsten, køre med loftslifte og teste operationsdragter. Kommunen har udvidet sine erhvervscamps i år til også at omfatte el-, teknik- samt pleje- og omsorgscamps udover de tidligere byggeri- og bilcamps. Sofie Reimertz, driftsudvikler i kommunen, siger, at de har brug for at øge interessen i en tidlig alder på en legende måde. I alt 230 børn søgte om de 120 pladser på kommunens erhvervscamps.
