Borlänge indfører nye rutiner for læring af afvigelser i plejen

Borlänge kommunes pleje- og velfærdstjenester har indført nye rutiner og en teambaseret tilgang. Målet er at opdage mangler hurtigere og styrke patientsikkerheden.

I foråret 2025 blev der gennemført en gennemgang af plejeadministrationens håndtering af afvigelser. Ulrika Sievertsson Nelzén, lægeligt ansvarlig sygeplejerske, undersøgte alle indberettede hændelser. Formålet var at sikre, at hændelserne var kendt af de ansvarlige ledere, var blevet undersøgt korrekt og havde ført til passende foranstaltninger. Gennemgangen afslørede et behov for tydeligere arbejdsmetoder og ansvarsfordeling. – Det er vigtigt at sige, at dette er et udviklingsarbejde, hvor formålet er at styrke kvaliteten, øge ensartetheden og skabe bedre betingelser for læring, siger fungerende driftsleder Buhar Agirman.
