Øget brug af AI-chatbots blandt svenskere – men også bekymringer

Ifølge den seneste SOM-undersøgelse fra Göteborgs universitet er andelen af svenskere, der ugentligt chatter med en AI-bot, steget fra 12 til 36 procent mellem 2024 og 2025. Samtidig er skepsissen over for AI vokset, hvor 62 procent ser det som en større risiko end mulighed for samfundet.

Flere chatbots som Chat GPT, Gemini, Copilot og Claude er blevet lanceret, og svenskernes brug af tjenesterne er steget i takt hermed. Ifølge SOM-undersøgelsen fra Göteborgs universitet steg den ugentlige brug fra 12 procent i 2024 til 36 procent i 2025. Undersøgelsen blev gennemført i efteråret og sendt ud til 33.750 personer, hvoraf over 17.000 svarede – en svarprocent på 52 procent. Skepsissen over for AI er snarere steget end faldet siden Chat GPT's gennembrud i 2022. Eksempelvis ser 62 procent af svenskerne AI som en større risiko end en mulighed, en stigning fra 54 procent i 2023 og 61 procent i 2024. Derudover er 54 procent 'meget bekymrede' for, at falsk AI-genereret information vil påvirke demokratiske valg, sammenlignet med 49 procent i sidste års undersøgelse. 'Tillid og brug følges ikke nødvendigvis ad. Dette er ikke et nyt fænomen', siger Annika Bergström, professor ved Institut for Journalistik, Medier og Kommunikation på Göteborgs universitet.
