KfW sænker renten for EH55-finansiering før deadline

Den tyske udviklingsbank KfW har endnu en gang sænket renten for EH55-effektivitetshuse kort før finansieringsprogrammets afslutning. Omkring 550 millioner euro er fortsat tilbage på budgettet grundet lav efterspørgsel. Dette står i kontrast til de generelt stigende kreditrenter.

I Berlin må bygherrer, der opfører lejligheder, kæmpe med fluktuerende og i øjeblikket stigende kreditrenter. KfW oplyste, at de i denne uge har hævet renten i flere andre finansieringsprogrammer. En undtagelse er programmet for huse med EH55-effektivitetsstandard. Banken har igen reduceret disse renter lige før deadline. Tilskuddene har hidtil haft en lav tilslutning, hvilket efterlader 550 millioner euro i budgettet. Rentenedsættelsen har til formål at fremme opførelsen af energieffektive boliger.
