KfW senkt Zinsen für EH55-Förderung vor Laufzeitende

Die Förderbank KfW hat die Zinsen für den Bau von EH55-Effizienzhäusern erneut gesenkt, kurz vor Ablauf der Förderung. Noch 550 Millionen Euro stehen im Budget, da die Mittel bisher kaum abgerufen wurden. Dies geschieht trotz allgemein steigender Kreditzinsen.

In Berlin müssen Bauunternehmen mit schwankenden und derzeit steigenden Kreditzinsen für den Wohnungsbau rechnen. Die KfW hat nach eigener Aussage diese Woche die Zinssätze in mehreren Förderprogrammen angehoben.

Ausnahme bildet das Programm für Häuser nach Effizienzstandard EH55. Hier hat die Bank die Zinsen nun noch einmal verringert, kurz vor dem Laufzeitende.

Die Fördermittel werden bisher kaum in Anspruch genommen, weshalb noch 550 Millionen Euro verfügbar sind. Die Maßnahme soll den Bau energieeffizienter Häuser ankurbeln.
