Lufthansa erstatter Kley med Teyssen som formand for bestyrelsen

Karl-Ludwig Kley afslutter tirsdag sin niårige embedsperiode som bestyrelsesformand for Lufthansa. Aktionærerne ventes at vælge den tidligere Eon-chef Johannes Teyssen til bestyrelsen på den årlige generalforsamling.

Teyssen vil blive den første eksterne bestyrelsesformand for koncernen i årtier. Kley havde tidligere fungeret som økonomidirektør, mens hans forgængere havde ledet selskabet som administrerende direktører.

Ingo Speich fra Deka Investment roste valget i september sidste år. "Teyssen er et meget godt valg. Han er uafhængig og erfaren i kriser," sagde han. Teyssen havde hos Eon vist, at han kan foretage radikale omstruktureringer af virksomheder.

Samtidig har storaktionær Klaus-Michael Kühne øget sin ejerandel i Lufthansa til over 20 procent. Kühne Holding har været investor siden 2022 og stiller med bestyrelsesmedlem Karl Gernandt.
