Preliminary information suggests the two felt uncomfortable and wanted to escape. "They reportedly weren't comfortable. Then she escaped with one witness. So both jumped from the fourth floor. One died, one has a broken hand," he said.

Police questioned the employer on the night of April 23, 2026. "Yes, true (the employer has been questioned)," AKBP Roby Saputra said on April 24, 2026. The examination took place at Ditreskrimum Polda Metro Jaya, and the case may be fully taken over from the local police station.
