14 municipalities in Dalarna share 923500 kronor for library books

The Swedish Arts Council has awarded grants to 14 of Dalarna's municipalities for purchasing literature for public and school libraries. The total amounts to 923500 kronor.

A total of 923500 kronor is distributed among the municipalities. The funds are intended to strengthen access to books and increase interest in reading among children and young people.

One municipality's application has been postponed and was not approved in this round. The Swedish Arts Council distributes a total of 31143300 kronor to libraries across the country during the year.
