Banco Mundo Mujer meldet 4,44 Prozent Gewinnrückgang im ersten Quartal

Banco Mundo Mujer verzeichnete im ersten Quartal 2026 einen Nettogewinn von 25,94 Milliarden Pesos. Dieser Wert entspricht einem Rückgang von 4,44 Prozent gegenüber dem gleichen Zeitraum des Vorjahres.

Das gesamte operative Einkommen der Bank erreichte 306,21 Milliarden Pesos, was einem Wachstum von 28,9 Prozent gegenüber den 238,05 Milliarden Pesos aus dem ersten Quartal 2025 entspricht.

Der Rückgang des Nettogewinns wurde hauptsächlich auf einen Anstieg der Steuerlast um 72,9 Prozent im Vergleich zum letzten Quartal 2025 zurückgeführt. Die Ertragssteuerzahlungen stiegen von 16,48 Milliarden Pesos auf 28,49 Milliarden Pesos.

Das Bruttokreditportfolio überstieg 3 Billionen Pesos, wobei Mikrokredite 74,8 Prozent des Gesamtportfolios ausmachten. Die Zinserträge aus dem Kreditportfolio beliefen sich auf 251,68 Milliarden Pesos, während sich die Finanzaufwendungen auf 51,84 Milliarden Pesos beliefen.

Mexico's gross domestic product fell 0.6 percent in the first quarter compared with the prior period, according to final Inegi data released Friday. The contraction was smaller than expected and revives debate over possible further rate cuts by Banxico.

In its latest monthly update, Colombia's Banco de la República reported accumulated profits of $2.55 trillion through March 2026—a 43% drop from $4.43 trillion in March 2025. This continues a downward trend following February's 8.49% decline to $2.67 trillion (part of our ongoing Banco de la República Profits Reports series). Assets, equity, and reserves also fell.
