C Market Coffee to open Vancouver's largest cafe

C Market Coffee is set to launch its first Vancouver location, which will be the city's largest cafe at over 5,000 square feet. The venue combines specialty coffee with a full kitchen menu in a Brutalist-inspired space. It aims to serve as a cultural hub blending modern Korean cafe culture with elevated dining.

C Market Coffee, known for its locations in Coquitlam, Pitt Meadows, and Port Coquitlam, is preparing to open its inaugural Vancouver outlet. The new site at 195 E. 36th Ave. spans more than 5,000 square feet and is positioned near Queen Elizabeth Park, just a 10-minute walk from Nat Bailey Stadium. Free on-site parking will be available for visitors.

The cafe describes the environment as design-forward, drawing on Brutalist influences to create a welcoming yet elevated space for community gatherings. It will feature the brand's signature specialty coffee program alongside a comprehensive menu. Offerings include pastries such as strawberry cream and Dubai chocolate varieties, as well as drinks like the Melon Cloud Latte, which tops a latte with melon cold foam. More substantial options encompass a Korean Chicken Rice Bowl, sandwiches, wraps, pastas, and salads.

Brigette Hyun, founder of C Market Coffee, stated, “Our flagship represents a new chapter for C Market Coffee. We wanted to create a space that feels welcoming yet elevated — a place where people can gather, connect, and experience thoughtful hospitality at scale.” The venue seeks to fuse specialty coffee, elevated cafe dining, and modern Korean-inspired culture into a single culinary destination.
