An elderly man in his seventies died after falling on a bus in Hong Kong on Saturday. Police received a report at 8:50 a.m. that the man had fallen near 125 Chatham Road South in Tsim Sha Tsui. He was taken to Queen Elizabeth Hospital where he was later certified dead.
Police classified the case as a fatal traffic accident.
A KMB spokesman said the driver was alerted by a passenger that the man appeared unwell and had fainted.
“After ensuring it was safe to do so, the driver stopped the bus and immediately called police,” he said.
