Greater Bengaluru Authority verzeichnet 96,4 % Abdeckung bei der Schluckimpfung gegen Polio

Die fünf Unternehmen unter der Greater Bengaluru Authority erreichten am Sonntag eine Abdeckung von 96,4 % im Rahmen des nationalen Impfprogramms gegen Kinderlähmung.

Insgesamt erhielten 1.106.535 Kinder unter fünf Jahren Schluckimpfungen gegen Polio. Die Zielgruppe umfasste 1.147.872 Kinder. Bengaluru Ost verzeichnete mit 99,48 % die höchste Abdeckungsquote, gefolgt von Bengaluru Nord mit 98,22 %. Vizepräsident C.P. Radhakrishnan verabreichte während der Aktion einem Kind die Schluckimpfung.
