Police were alerted to a school in Uppsala municipality on Friday morning after staff found a knife on a student under 15.
The incident occurred around 9:30 a.m. The student is suspected of a gross violation of the knife law but did not use the knife or threaten anyone with it.
Social services and the student's guardians have been informed because the student is under 15.
Police are handling the case as a suspected violation of the knife law in Uppsala.
