Two men in their twenties have been charged at Falu District Court with kidnapping and attempted extortion following an incident in Borlänge.
According to the prosecutor's indictment, the two men abducted a man in Borlänge municipality.
They allegedly held him captive and attempted to force his parents to pay an alleged debt.
The incident occurred in mid-March this year, the indictment states.
