Buga socializa Ley 2453 contra violencia política hacia mujeres

Autoridades nacionales, departamentales y locales se reunieron en Buga para socializar la Ley 2453 de 2025 y promover su aplicación en los territorios, con el fin de fortalecer la respuesta institucional ante la violencia política contra las mujeres.

En Buga, Valle del Cauca, se llevó a cabo un encuentro el 27 de abril de 2026 para discutir la aplicación de la Ley 2453 de 2025, enfocada en erradicar la violencia política contra las mujeres.

La gobernadora Dilian Francisca Toro enfatizó que el mayor reto es hacer que la norma tenga impacto real en los municipios. “La Ley 2453 de 2025 no debe quedarse en el papel, debe sentirse en los territorios. La tarea es que proteja de manera efectiva a las mujeres que ejercen liderazgo político”, afirmó.

La senadora Norma Hurtado Sánchez alertó sobre formas de violencia en entornos institucionales, destacando un fallo de la Comisión Electoral a favor de la gobernadora Toro. “Control político disfrazado con ataques sistemáticos. [...] La política no puede ser un espacio hostil para las mujeres”, declaró. La secretaria general del Valle, Liza Rodríguez, y la diputada Lina María Segura Moyano también pidieron mecanismos efectivos de implementación territorial.

El evento concluyó con un llamado a acciones coordinadas entre instituciones para garantizar el cumplimiento efectivo de la ley en los territorios.
