A senadora Norma Hurtado Sánchez alertou para a violência em ambientes institucionais, destacando uma decisão da Comissão Eleitoral a favor da governadora Toro. “Controle político disfarçado com ataques sistemáticos. [...] A política não pode ser um espaço hostil para as mulheres”, disse ela. A secretária-geral de Valle, Liza Rodríguez, e a representante Lina María Segura Moyano também pediram mecanismos eficazes de implementação territorial.

O evento terminou com um apelo por ações coordenadas entre as instituições para assegurar a aplicação efetiva da lei nos territórios.
