El presidente de Colpensiones, Jaime Dussán, exigió durante el Consejo de Ministros el traslado inmediato de más de 27 billones de pesos desde los fondos privados de pensiones hacia la entidad pública por cuenta de afiliados que se pasaron al régimen de prima media.

Dussán informó que Colpensiones ya ha recibido 129.359 afiliados de los fondos privados y ha reconocido 24.320 pensiones. Agregó que otros 8.466 cotizantes han cumplido los requisitos, lo que eleva a 32.786 las personas cuyos recursos deben ser girados de inmediato.

Dussán advirtió que si los fondos privados no entregan los recursos se presentarán cientos de miles de tutelas. El presidente Gustavo Petro ordenó a la Secretaría Jurídica actuar contra funcionarios que vulneren la Constitución y anunció nuevos decretos para garantizar el traslado de los ahorros.
