Les hemos asegurado que, como gobierno sudafricano, condenamos estos ataques contra ciudadanos extranjeros", declaró Lamola.

Lamola señaló que es responsabilidad del gobierno abordar la inmigración ilegal. Los ministros también están debatiendo el impacto de los conflictos mundiales, incluidas las tensiones entre Irán y Estados Unidos, en la región.
