Alcalde Germán Casagua entrega cancha sintética recuperada en Las Brisas

La Alcaldía de Neiva oficializó la recuperación de la cancha sintética del barrio Las Brisas el 9 de mayo de 2026. La obra beneficia a más de 1.500 niños, jóvenes y deportistas del sector.

La intervención incluyó el cambio completo del tapete sintético y la adecuación del sistema de desagües. Estas mejoras buscan garantizar mejores condiciones de uso y mayor durabilidad del escenario deportivo.

El alcalde Germán Casagua Bonilla destacó durante la entrega que la obra forma parte de un crédito de 80 mil millones de pesos, con 3.500 millones destinados a recuperar 11 canchas sintéticas públicas. "Nos comprometimos a invertir los recursos públicos en el mejoramiento no solamente de aquí las brisas, si no de todas", afirmó.

La comunidad participó en una jornada deportiva con escuelas de formación, clubes y un torneo de penaltis. La Alcaldía continúa recuperando otros escenarios como Peñón Redondo, Cándido de la 51 y Parque Mirador del Sur.
