Intendentes bonaerenses piden flexibilizar el Fondo de Emergencia Municipal

El Foro Regional de Intendentes para el Crecimiento y el Desarrollo presentó una nota ante la Cámara de Diputados bonaerense solicitando que se autorice el uso libre de los recursos del Fondo de Emergencia y Fortalecimiento de la Inversión Municipal para cubrir gastos corrientes.

El jueves, representantes del FRICDe entregaron el documento a legisladores provinciales, entre ellos Alejandro Dichiara y Alexis Guerrera. Los intendentes Franco Flexas, Javier Gastón y Maximiliano Suescun lideraron la delegación y describieron una caída marcada en los ingresos municipales junto con el aumento de costos operativos.

El fondo, creado por la Ley 15.561 y reglamentado en abril mediante el Decreto 358/26, distribuye el 70 por ciento de sus recursos con libre disponibilidad y destina el 30 por ciento restante a proyectos específicos de infraestructura, transporte y cultura. Los jefes comunales pidieron que, de forma excepcional, ese 30 por ciento también pueda aplicarse a gastos corrientes.

El ministro de Gobierno, Carlos Bianco, señaló que el Ejecutivo no puede modificar la ley pero no se opone a que la Legislatura lo haga. Durante el encuentro se acordó conformar una mesa de trabajo conjunta para analizar posibles cambios.
