Prefeitos de Buenos Aires buscam flexibilidade em fundo municipal de emergência

O Fórum Regional de Prefeitos pelo Crescimento e Desenvolvimento apresentou uma nota à Câmara dos Deputados da província de Buenos Aires solicitando autorização para o uso livre dos recursos do Fundo Municipal de Emergência e Fortalecimento do Investimento para cobrir despesas correntes.

Na quinta-feira, representantes do FRICDe entregaram o documento a legisladores provinciais, incluindo Alejandro Dichiara e Alexis Guerrera. Os prefeitos Franco Flexas, Javier Gastón e Maximiliano Suescun lideraram a delegação e descreveram uma queda acentuada nas receitas municipais juntamente com o aumento dos custos operacionais. O fundo, criado pela Lei 15.561 e regulamentado em abril por meio do Decreto 358/26, destina 70 por cento de seus recursos com disponibilidade livre e direciona os 30 por cento restantes para projetos específicos de infraestrutura, transporte e cultura. Os prefeitos solicitaram que, em caráter excepcional, esses 30 por cento também sejam utilizados para despesas correntes. O ministro do Governo, Carlos Bianco, afirmou que o Executivo não pode alterar a lei, mas não se opõe a que o Legislativo o faça. Durante a reunião, eles concordaram em formar um grupo de trabalho conjunto para analisar possíveis modificações.
