Nuevo centro de IA establecido en Dalarna con 24,6 millones de coronas

Dalarna Science Park ha recibido 24,6 millones de coronas para poner en marcha un centro de IA destinado a apoyar a empresas y organizaciones.

El gobierno tiene como objetivo que Suecia se convierta en una de las diez naciones líderes en IA a nivel mundial. La financiación proviene del Fondo Europeo de Desarrollo Regional, la Región de Dalarna, la Högskolan Dalarna y fondos privados.

Dalarna Science Park lidera el proyecto junto con varios socios, incluidos Högskolan Dalarna, Ecodatacenter, Atea, Consid, Sogeti, Nordlo, Fortum, Falu Energi och Vatten, Borlänge Energi y Nordion Energi.

"Dalarna debería ser el lugar donde la IA se convierta en realidad", afirma Angelica Ekholm, directora ejecutiva de Dalarna Science Park. Jörgen Elbe, rector de Högskolan Dalarna, destaca las condiciones únicas de la región mediante la combinación de energía, infraestructura digital, industria y academia.
